Experience Designer

Changemaker Educations, September 2020 - May 2022

During my time at Changemaker Educations, I completed a comprehensive program that equipped me with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel as an experience designer. The program covered a variety of topics, including:

Through this program, I gained hands-on experience in designing memorable and engaging user experiences. I developed a deep understanding of user research and testing methodologies, which allowed me to identify user needs and pain points and create solutions that effectively addressed these issues.

Changemaker Educations Internship, January 2022 - May 2022

• Designed a new user interface based on user needs, created logos, and ensured the design followed Tobii’s design principles.
• Organized workshops within the team.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and product owners.

Dreams — Saving and Investment App

Changemaker Educations, March 2021

• Conducted qualitative interviews and analyzed competing products.
• Created low-fidelity prototypes based on insights from user research.
• Developed insights and designed solutions that culminated in a presentation.

• Worked as a salesman at various companies where I sold TV, broadband, and mobile subscriptions, as well as various tech products. I worked with both B2B and B2C customers.
• Primary tasks included sales, daily cash management, customer service, and performing mobile repairs.
• Currently working as a salesman at Telia Company.
